What is your return policy, exchange and warranty policy?
Exchanges, refunds or store credit will be permissible for 14 days from day or purchase, only in cases where the product has been verified by a 180 Smoke representative to be brand new, unused and in its original packaging. We offer 90 days limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials for 180 Smoke branded batteries & chargers, and 30 days for batteries/mods & chargers from ALL other e-cigarette manufacturers.
