The RPM 2 is a compact vaping device sporting a rectangular zinc alloy frame designed like the original RPM40 with rounded corners, large airflow channels at the top of each side, and a single colorful inlay panel on the back side, but the body is slightly taller and wider to accommodate a larger 2000mAh cell which charges via the USB-C port. Like the RPM80 and RPM80 Pro, the RPM 2 delivers up to 80W of power with variable wattage control in 1W increments, compatible with atomizers in the resistance range of 0.15 - 3.0Ω. The large raised firing button is incredibly responsive with a firing time of 0.001s, and settings can be adjusted using the plus/minus buttons mounted below the 1.14” multicolor screen which clearly displays the wattage and voltage, battery level, coil resistance, puff timer, and puff counter.
Similar to earlier generations in the series, the RPM 2 has two different pod options with strong magnets in each corner that securely attach to the device, each with capacity for 7mL of e-liquid and a visible juice level window. The RPM 2 RPM pod has a 0.4Ω mesh coil rated for 25W pre-installed, and is compatible with the full RPM series of coils which includes several MTL and DTL options and the RPM RBA. The RPM 2 RPM 2 pod has an RPM 2 meshed 0.16Ω coil rated for 25 - 50W (best: 40W) pre-installed, and the aperture (bore) in the mouthpiece is much larger to allow for more airflow and reduce inhalation restriction.
