The ergonomic design of the Alien 220W Mod features curved lines and a smooth feeling, with a body made of Zinc alloy with a premium paint coating. It is easy to grab in you palm and one of the most comfortable devices to hold. The large fire button is easy and satisfying to use.
The mod offers a power range of 6-220W with a minimum resistance of 0.1ohm, and supports temp control for Ni200, Stainless Steel, and Titanium with a minimum resistance of 0.06ohm as well as the ability to adjust TCR.
With a maximum output power of 220W the Alien Mod provides you with the ability to switch between two intelligent Temperature Control and Variable Wattage modes. The Temperature Control (TC) mode enhances the consistency, smoothness, and taste of your vapor with precise regulation, while the Wattage (VW) mode allows for maximum power usage to produce the thickest of clouds. Multiple firing effects allow you to customize the power ramp: Hard increases wattage by 10%, and Soft decreases wattage by 10%, for the first 2 seconds of the draw.
The large OLED screen provides you with tons of information on your current vaping setup, with an indicator that accurately reads the life of the dual batteries, which mode the device is currently operating under, and the appropriate information for each mode. Under VW mode, you can see the current voltage, resistance value, current Amp usage, and working temperature, all valuable information for the custom coil builder.
When using TC mode, the temperature is displayed prominently, as well as the type of temperature sensing wire material is being selected, and the current wattage is displayed as additional information. Both settings also display a puff counter for the vaper who wants to keep track of e-juice consumption. The Alien 200W firmware is also upgradeable via the Micro USB port, with constant upgrade release on Smok’s website.
The device also supports battery charging via the micro USB port; however, an external charger is recommended in order to extend the life of your batteries.

SAFETY NOTE: the device can be locked and unlocked with 5 clicks of the power button, or by simultaneously pressing "+" & "-" once. The device should be fully powered off through the menu (accessed with 3 clicks of the fire button) when transporting.
