Terms and Conditions: "Mystery Concert Tickets"

1. Eligibility:

   The "Mystery Concert Tickets" contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

   1. Must be at least 19 years old.
   2. Must be a resident of the Canada, excluding Quebec and Nova Scotia where the Contest is being held.
   3. Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
   4. Must not be an employee, representative, or agent of the contest organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, or any person or entity directly involved in the development, implementation, or administration of the Contest, or a member of their immediate family or household.

2. Contest Period:

   The Contest begins on July 4, 2023 and ends on July 31, 2023 (the "Contest Period"). All times are based on Eastern Standard Time.

3. How to Enter:

   To enter the Contest, you must fulfill one of the following methods:

   1. Purchase Method:

      Purchase a Vuse Go Edition 5000 product (the "Product") during the Contest Period to receive an automatic entry into the Contest. Each valid Product purchase will constitute one entry.

   2. No Purchase Method:

      Alternatively, you may enter the Contest without making a purchase by completing the sign-up form located on the Contest website ([website URL]). Each valid sign-up form submission will constitute one entry for the email address used on the submission.

4. Winner Selection:

   Two winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The selection will be conducted within 14 days following the end of the Contest Period.

   The winners will be notified by email, using the contact information provided during entry. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the initial notification attempt, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with the official rules, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prizes:

   Each winner will receive a pair of tickets to see the famous musician/artist specified in the Contest promotion (the "Prize"). The exact details and date of the concert will be communicated to the winners after they have been selected. Tickets will be transferred within 30 days of the concert date (October 2023).

   The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. The contest organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances.

   Any additional expenses incurred by the winners, such as travel, accommodation, meals, or any other related costs, are the sole responsibility of the winners.

   The contest organizer is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, or change of the concert schedule or any related events.

6. General Conditions:

   The contest organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.

   The contest organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, violates the official rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

   The contest organizer assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft, or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.

   By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless the contest organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize.

   These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert jurisdiction].

By entering the Contest, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
