Vaporizers Warranty and Return Policy

Dear Herbal Vaporizer Shopper or Customer,

Please be sure to research the product and manufacturer warranty prior to committing to purchase of a Herbal / Medical Marijuana Vaporizer. Test your herbal vaporizer’s functionality at point of purchase (or as soon as you receive it by Courier), by turning the device on and ensuring that it heats up appropriately.

Details on Herbal Vaporizer warranty for each manufacturer is at the bottom of this page. 180 Smoke Vape Store recommends that you keep a copy of your receipt/e-mail invoice (digital or scanned copies are fine) for the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty period. Read the device manual to ensure you are using it correctly.

DEAD, DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN ON ARRIVAL VAPORIZER

and you have opened the packaging but not used this device with herbs / oil / wax.

Do not put herbs/oil/wax in your device if it is defective on arrival, not heating or not charging. Once herbs are added to the device, and the device does not work, manufacturer's policy requires that you contact them to get a replacement.

VAPORIZER DEVICE ISSUES WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD

and you have used the device with herbs / oil / wax.

Herbal Vaporizers are all FINAL SALE and any/all applicable warranties must be dealt with solely through the product's original manufacturer, due to nature of intended use and policies prescribed by the manufacturer.

The warranty from any manufacturer does not cover units damaged by dropping, tampering, unauthorized service performed or attempted, modifying the unit, misuse, abuse and normal wear & tear. Use only the chargers provided with manufacturer's product. Incompatible chargers may cause batteries to overheat or fail, posing a fire hazard. Warranty does not include accessories and consumable spare parts, such as a filter, mouthpiece or glass piece.

All warranty claims will require you to provide a (digital) copy of your receipt from 180 Smoke vape store. Note that 180 is an authorized retailer of all the herbal vaporizer brands sold in its stores and online.

The general Warranty Periods is Two (2) Years for the DaVinci Vaporizer and includes all attached parts, craftsmanship, electronics, heating chamber, and structural integrity. The Lithium Ion batteries however are subject to degradation and reduced run time over the course of regular use thus carries a warranty of 90 days after purchase to perform as designed for forty (40) continuous minutes at 200 degrees F.
