Google Review Contest Rules

Eligibility:

• a. The Vape Store Google Review Giveaway (the "Contest") is open to all individuals who are legal residents of Canada.
• b. Entrants must be 19 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be a 180 Rewards member.
• c. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the participating 180 Smoke Vape Store are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Contest Period:

• a. The Contest begins on July 4, 2023 and ends on July 31, 2023 (the "Contest Period").

Entry Method:

• a. To enter the Contest, participants must write a review on the participating 180 Smoke Vape Store's Google My Business listing.
• b. The review must comply with Google's terms of service and content policies.
• c. Only one entry per person will be accepted per day. You must show the review to a participating store’s staff to enter.

Entry Validation:

• a. The participating 180 Smoke Vape Store will verify the entries to ensure they comply with the Contest rules.
• b. Entries that contain offensive, fraudulent, or inappropriate content will be disqualified.
• c. The participating 180 Smoke Vape Store reserves the right to remove any reviews that violate Google's terms of service or content policies.

Prize:

• a. The winner will receive a $180 gift card redeemable at any 180 Smoke Vape Store.
• b. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Winner Selection:

• a. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
• b. The draw will take place within seven (10) days after the end of the Contest Period.
• c. The selected winners will be notified via the email address associated with their 180 Rewards account. The winner must respond within [time period] to claim the prize.
• d. If the winner fails to respond within the specified time, a new winner may be selected at the participating vape store's discretion.
• E. There will be one winner per participating store selected.

General Conditions:

• a. The participating 180 Smoke Vape Store reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, for any reason without prior notice.
• b. The participating 180 Smoke Vape Store's decision regarding any aspect of the Contest is final and binding.

Release and Limitations of Liability:

• a. By participating in the Contest, entrants release the participating vape store, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, or death, arising out of or related to their participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Disputes:

• a. The Contest and these rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the participating vape store is located.
• b. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

By entering the Contest, participants agree to abide by these rules and any decisions made by the participating vape store, which are final and binding in all respects.
